With the support of a research grant from the South Carolina Beekeepers Association (SCBA), we’ve designed a beekeeping suit that actually fits, so women can work comfortably, safely, and confidently.
It all started at the Women in Beekeeping panel, where we heard the same frustrations over and over—suits are too big, too bulky, and not made for a woman’s body. So we took action. With years of experience in apparel design and beekeeping, we’re creating a better-fitting, more functional suit that moves with you, not against you.
Who we are
Jeometry Beewear blends designer Jennifer York’s passion for art, craftsmanship, and beekeeping to create thoughtfully designed suits for women. Frustrated by ill-fitting gear, she developed a breathable, durable suit, field-tested in her own apiary. Partnering with U.S. manufacturers, she refined Jeometry into high-quality, functional beekeeping apparel. Designed by a woman, for women, Jeometry Beewear redefines comfort and protection in the apiary.
